Self-Insured Schools of California (SISC) Supplemental Student Accident Coverage

SISC has two plans to choose from:

–Supplemental Student Accident Coverage for a one time payment of $50.00 this limited insurance will provide coverage up to $25,000 for accidental injury while attending school and while participating in school sponsored activities. This coverage is SECONDARY to any other insurance which provides medical benefits to your child including Healthy Families. Please note that High School tackle football is EXCLUDED. (Spanish version available) 

–Tackle Football Coverage Program with a one time payment of $60.00.
