Happy New Year! As we move into the Spring semester, here are some exciting happenings and important information on campus!
Fall Semester Report Cards
Please communicate with teachers if you have any questions or concerns about your student’s grades!
The Encore C.A.S.T. fundraiser benefiting students of Summerville and Connections is February 10th from 5-7:30 at the Sonora Elks Lodge. Tickets are $30 for one and $50 for two. Purchase tickets in the office. Please join us to enjoy student performances, a silent auction, student art for sale, and appetizers and drinks. We are looking for donations for the silent auction as well.
The Young Americans are coming to Summerville March 10-12!

The Diary of Anne Frank is being presented by our theater program on February 21-23 at 7pm. Tickets online at https://www.summbears.net/.
Summerville High School will be hosting a visiting accreditation committee from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges on March 17th through March 20th. During this visit, the committee would like parents to be available to meet with them. Please contact Kellene Ditler firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in serving on a parent panel.

Hamilton Education Program
Summerville High School has been selected to include eligible students in a program that integrates Alexander Hamilton and the Founding Era into classrooms studies, and then see the smash Broadway musical Hamilton in San Francisco. In order to keep costs down, parents and the community are invited to help sponsor this program. The primary need and expense is transportation. Please contact email@example.com to contribute funding for a charter bus to transport students to the show, or sponsor students’ tickets.
In an effort to improve student safety on campus, the area in front of the library and the road running through campus will be closed to cars before school, during the school day, and until after the busses have departed in the afternoon. Please plan accordingly to avoid these areas at these times and help us keep our students safe!
